University of Patras
The urology department of the University Hospital of Patras is an international training centre. It provides services including endourology, laparoscopic and robotic surgery, advanced uro-oncology care, an updated andrology division, and a fully equipment functional urology division. Our world–known doctors are experts in their field, not only as surgeons but as researchers and key opinion leaders in numerous studies. More than 350 PubMed papers enlist us among the top Urology researchers. Our mission is the accomplishment of a standardised high level of provided care. Our centre's excellence is recognised nationally (Hellenic Urology Association) and internationally (EAU, Endourological Society). Short-term visits, Endourological Society and EAU fellowship programs, courses in endourology, live surgeries and courses in endourology and laparoscopic urology are some of the activities hosted by our department.
